Gfinity recently announced several new updates regarding their Counter Strike Global Offensive Masters events for 2015 and their first CS:GO event which will take place from March 20th – 22nd.

The first announcement from Gfinity is an increased prize pool to an astounding $50,000 for each of the four events!

The prize pool will be split as follows:

1st: $25,000
2nd: $15,000
3rd: $7,000
4th: $3,000

Unfortunately for a huge amount of Counter Strike fans and teams. Only 8 teams will be invited to each Masters event with the first event drawing the likes of some of the biggest names in the eSport.

Gfinity also announced that Scott ‘SirScoots’ Smith had been signed up to host each of their CS:GO events in 2015. More details on who will be joining him will be released soon.

Spectator tickets for the first CS:GO Masters event of the season go on sale in the next couple of days. Make sure you get your tickets early here.
