Gfinity have announced the details for their first ever Gfinity Call of Duty Open event.
The first Gfinity Open event will be held at the ILEC Conference Centre in Earls Court, London on Saturday 4th April which will then progress into the Gfinity Arena just around the corner in Fulham Broadway for Championship Sunday on the 5th April.
The Open will welcome 64 teams who will battle it out for a share of a £5,000 prize pool. The prize pool will be broken down as follows:
The on-site hotel at ILEC Conference Centre will offer a special rate for competitors/spectators at £105.00 B&B single & £115.00 B&B double per night at the Hotel Ibis London Earls Court.
Team tickets for the event will cost £160 (£40 per player). Early Bird Team Tickets are available at £120.
Tickets will go on sale from Friday 6th March at 9am GMT here.
Spectator tickets will be sold separately for Championship Sunday via the Vue website on Tuesday 10th at 3pm GMT.
With this exiting announcement, follows some dissapointing news for some teams. The PEGI rating for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare must be followed by Gfinity therefore all players and spectators must be age 18+.
